Disappointing

Liked: I love that it is close to different shopping centers
Disliked: The front desk staff girl was super rude. The room did not look like housekeeping cleans like they needed to the floor was dirty. I found hair strands on the floor in the restroom. Hair strands on the bed and pillows. Thankfully I take my own cleaning supplies.

Disliked: i arrived at 7:50 pm to check in the girl initially told me my reservation was cancel since my card declined , my understanding i would pay at property so why is my room getting canceled?i never got a cancellation email btw prior to 7:50pm she said she has another room but i have to pay regular price , i told her if she can give me same rate , she said no i can’t ,and was very blunt in responding from moment i arrived and rude i told her fine i’ll pay it since i got dropped off in a uber and what was i gonna do , i told yes ill take it and told her she’s very rude and she said it’s okay im not renting you after that i did get out of character not proud but im a women alone n it was night time and i don’t have a car, so minutes after i walked out i got a email my room was cancelled , so it wasn’t canceled prior to my cancel it was cancel after the fact ,they make their own decisions on what they want to do with reservation im not happy i yelled and got out of character but they need to make clear they don’t want you to pay at property if they eun your card and still cancelled ,

Liked: Good location, decent bed
Disliked: Not very clean, maid service was supposed to be every other day, but she only cleaned on one day and the bathroom and floors because I asked her. The towels were very small and thin. There was a dead roach and the floors were sticky with probably bug killer so our shoes stuck and left marks

Liked: The room was dirty, the toilet kept making water noise the whole time.
