Liked: There was none. We did not stay we had to go somewhere else. It was dirty bugs no shower curtain stains on bedding homeless folks outside. We need a refund it was horrible
Disliked: Sent us to a clean hotel. And give us a full refund

Liked: The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was no door knob on the door. No Kleenex in the room. 1 tiny bar of soap for both the sink and shower. Cigarette burns in the bedspread. Windows were filthy. Walls in the bathroom were dirty. Said continental breakfast but that wasn’t there. They didn’t even have coffee and there was no coffee pot in the room

Liked: Everything including the staff, which was rude and didn't honor as advertised not only on booking.com website but also in the lobby and the website that breakfast was included with my stay which is what prompted me to choose this place. Staff was rude, I'm totally disappointed and will not ever stay with any days in and will not continue to use booking.com
