Absolutely horrible.

Disliked: Cold showers,green pool,bad area,no breakfast.

Disliked: The room stink like smoke people drinking outside the room all night partying in the parking lot and staff sucks

Liked: The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was no door knob on the door. No Kleenex in the room. 1 tiny bar of soap for both the sink and shower. Cigarette burns in the bedspread. Windows were filthy. Walls in the bathroom were dirty. Said continental breakfast but that wasn’t there. They didn’t even have coffee and there was no coffee pot in the room

Liked: Everything including the staff, which was rude and didn't honor as advertised not only on booking.com website but also in the lobby and the website that breakfast was included with my stay which is what prompted me to choose this place. Staff was rude, I'm totally disappointed and will not ever stay with any days in and will not continue to use booking.com

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: First room was dirty with a used smelly dappier on side table which made room smell. Got a room change to the ground floor which we requested initially on checking in. Also it took a long time before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. The pool was dirty and unusable and there was no breakfast which we had paid for, very disappointing 😑 the landing to all rooms had rubbish and furniture dumped outside.
