Liked: The staff were probably the nicest people I've dealt with.
Disliked: Couldn't stay.

Not worth the cheap price or proximity to downtown.
Liked: Close to Ogden Theater.
Disliked: Scary! I was accosted by several unsavory men outside. Heard screaming in the room down the hall. Only one outlet in the whole room worked. Tiny bathroom, broken lamp. Homeless man got stabbed in gas station across the street - sirens!

Scam location
Liked: Location
Disliked: They scammed me twice out of the deposit. I have a video when I left the property and it was just as I left it yet they took the deposit. Twice now. Evan

Decent enough single night stay...
Liked: The staff were respectful and east to communicate with. The interior of the room was kept up well enough as well.
Disliked: location is in a shoddy side of town that happened to have a punk-metal performance across the street at the time of my arrival. So as expected there was a party going on and the area also had some homeless making loud noise in the morning hours.

Bad
Liked: I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Disliked: There is a very large homeless population around the hotel and in it. The rooms are renovated but there was still cigarette or meth pipe burns on the sink in my room. There is construction right in front of the hotel and The noise around the hotel at night is terrible...people screaming, loud music, homeless people walking past your door at night asking others for cigarettes...etc. The room doors lead directly to the outside, so you hear literally everything. My room door looked like it had been pried open with a crowbar and there is a large amount of trash in the parking lot. There was a dumpster near the side of the hotel with a used mattress just laying there and used sex toys strewn about. The lamps in the rooms have glass bases and the one on my nightstand had some amber colored liquid/sticky substance on it. The main light in the room was burnt out so we had to use the bathroom light. We paid $275 for 2 rooms here....could have gone to Hyatt place or best western plus for that price and had a much more peaceful/comfortable stay. Parking was $15 extra TO PARK IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT. Free breakfast means gallons of milk in a mini fridge and a loaf a bread to make your own toast. 10/10 do not recommend.
