Scam artists

Liked: Breakfast was alright, but nothing special.
Disliked: The room was prepaid and they charged my credit card $100 for “incidentals” which they said would be refunded on check out. On check out the clerk said that the supervisor had check the room first and refused to refund the $100. It has been 24 hours and I still haven’t received the refund. Seems like fraud to me. I would avoid this hotel and stay elsewhere in the future!

Liked: Hade to wait to get in to my room and nothing works got new room took 1hr@1/2 to get in to it by the time I got in my room lost 3@a1/2hrs so much for relaxing told them how I felt but no one has got back to me feeling like you will do the same thing very disappointed in the hole thing the girl at the desk was very nice felt bad about yelling at her told her to get manger but ther never there and all the thing the girl at the desk can say sorry I guess it's ok to waste my time taking no responsibility

Disliked: Owner/fri t desk agent was rude. When I checked in the guy was nice. I asked for a late check for the next day the first agent said sure. The next day at 11 they were banging on the door threatening my daughter, told her he’s going to take this payment but wants her off his property. I had made reservations to stay an additional 3 days and was going to pay it when I picked my daughter up for work at 12:30p. He then charged my card when he saw my reservation I could t cancel bc it was going to be 3 days gif the bank to return my money and I had no more money to get another room at that point. So we had to stay.

Disliked: The bed was old and stiff the mini fridge was rusted on the outside, the TV didn't connect to watch TV. The floor was dirty, was missing pillows and they were flat, the door handle had to be giggled to open it just right, there was a lot of junkies, there was no covers on the outlets, and light flickering in bathroom, WiFi didn't have strong enough signal to connect, only sheets no comforters on the beds, coffee pot was small.

Disliked: The tub had rust in id there were the towels and laundry was not clean the beds done about the covers have been changed that cigarette bars in them. The carpet still has sand in it so it hasn’t been vacuumed. The toilet paper rolls were half used so you know someone else had used them outside was filthy. My room was right in front of the vending machines and the coat machines and I was trash everywhere. I even fell a syringe someone’s needle, dirty junkies needle just laying right there beside the vending machine I disposed of it before a kid come alone and get a hold of it. There was druggies junkies running around everywhere. I would not recommend it and I know not to go back.
