Liked: Did get my room service. Had to ask for clean towels very slow with response

Criminal Activity Location, Do Not...

Liked: The location worked for me.
Disliked: The place is run down and you feel as if your are going to be robbed at any moment. The room smelled heavy or tobacco smoke and felt sketchy. The bathtub had at least 50 cigarette burns in it and the faucet was leaking a steady stream. The toilet seat had deep scratches in it and looked as if it was used as a frisbee and throw into the parking lot. There was trash in the parking lot and walkways and several of the clients looked as if they were permanent residents and very loud and obnoxious. Also the ones below my room were up all night and had multiple different vehicles visiting their room for a very short time and I would say that this activity is conducive to drug purchases. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location and I am completely shocked that this is associated with a quality hotel brand. This was so bad I will not stay at this hotel chain unless I arrive to see it in person before I pay.

Disliked: The staff was awful, couldn’t get help but asked for help and long story but it was just bad staff and we came all the was from North Carolina just to be treated badly

Disliked: NO HOT WATER THE SHEETS WAS STAINED AND THE FRONT DESK LADY DOUBLE CHARGED ME AFTER ONE NIGHT AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE GAVE IT TO ME AND THEN CHARGED MY CARD DOUBLE AND ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW

Liked: The only positive was the location to my venue.
Disliked: This hotel was like an extended stay motel. The rooms were filthy, most of the amenities were broken and the drug traffic was constant. I was even left a flyer in my door at almost midnight for pizza delivery. Will think twice before my next booki
