The staff are working hard...

Liked: I liked the staff, they were very nice. I liked the cleanliness of the room and I liked that we were able to park right outside of our room. We also enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: The most annoying thing about our stay was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work so after bathing it stayed very humid in the entire room. Also we were in a nonsmoking room but it still smelled of smoke. The hotel faces the freeway making it very loud, especially as the freeway is on a grade there and trucks were using there engine brakes all night long. Some trees and a sound barrier wall would help. The breakfast was less than expected but not a big deal.

Liked: Good location. Staff was friendly. Coffee was good.
Disliked: The building is tired. Room was filthy. Bathroom patched together with sealer. Breakfast was packaged hostess cakes and yogurt. Better to tear the building down and start over. Location is ideal.

Liked: The only positive was its location—half way between our friends’ home in Wisconsin and our home in Virginia.
Disliked: The shower curtain was nasty. We did not put it into the tub when we showered. Porcelain was broken off at the tub drain. There was no consideration for food allergies at the breakfast offerings. And no bottled water for sale even though we saw both desk clerks had some. Corporate needs to send someone to inspect but make it a surprise.

Liked: We loved the pool.
Disliked: The room was NOT clean. There was hair in the shower and it was clogged. The shower was also stained along with toilet. All bath fixtures were over 50 plus years old. There was loud highway noise. It was the worst free breakfast ever.
