Disliked: When I made the reservation first did not receive a confirmation or proof of reservation. So I did it a second time and received confirmation. When I got to the site they said I had two reservations. Don't charge me for two

Clean comfortable rooms but a...

Liked: Property was clean. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained.The check in video booth was abysmal. Absolutely hated it. Hard to understand the guy on the other side of the screen. Very impersonal. Would not recommend this hotel on that basis alone.
Disliked: Check in. You don’t get to talk to a human. You have to talk to a screen. It’s a 24 hour front desk manned by a person in a different country.
