Very good

Liked: Nice, large, quiet room, great for a staging point 1 night stay
Disliked: Basic breakfast with a lot of plastic waste, presumably to save on staff

Expensive for the value. Breakfast...

Disliked: Breakfast was very cheap—only toast and oatmeal from the package. Even the orange juice was watered down. Other guests complained too.

Beyond awful.

Disliked: Idiotic check-in process by video chat. Dirty sheets on check-in. Insufficient towels. Poor heating/cooling system. Blood on towels. Zero amenities. Overpriced. Poor condition inside and outside.

It was a great stay...

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated, modern, good quality furnishings, comfortable seating and eating/work areas off the lobby, gym facilities, easy free parking. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, sofa bed, work area, great tv, fridge, coffee maker, renovated bathroom. All wonderful.
Disliked: There was a crack on our bathroom floor that needed repair, and the shower curtain was worn out with many holes on it. Also, there's no noise buffer between floors. The upper-floor guests checked in at midnight, and we heard them walking through their bedroom and rolling their luggage. That was very inconvenient, bothersome, and disappointing.

Exceptional

Liked: Facilities and property with the price we paid were good value to pay. It's difficult to find place new and nice and clean and smell good with this price in America. I hope you develop like this for all your hotels.
