Liked: It was fairly convenient. Price was good. Staff was quite accommodating.
Disliked: No wash cloths or shower mat. Water temperature in shower fluctuated a lot. Fridge leaked water on the floor. One side of mattress squeaked. First morning no waffles low on most other things well before end time. We asked for late check out (noon) and were told it was ok but keys quit working.I guess you get what you pay for.

Disliked: Booking.com, review, room descriptions note pool/spa/hot tub. Booked this for well-deserved girls' weekend for friends. Did not find out til morning after check-in no pool, (cement filled several years ago), hot tub is only available in one ROOM! None of this was disclosed on the website or upon check-in. Spoke with the Saturday morning desk clerk, who had nothing but excuses and did not take ownership of misleading information. She pulled up the website, but insisted it was not the hotel's fault. As an ethical business owner, it IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure your data is kept up to date and clearly defined in EACH room description. It clearly stated the existence of a "swimming pool/hot tub) jacuzzi in one of the room descriptions-along with the general amenities in hotel.It is misleading to state there is a spa/Jacuzzi/hot tub in the general amenities instead of noting the actual room in which it is available. One of my roomies went to the breakfast area Sunday morning and killed a brown roach-food roach, not a water bug. Which means there are millions more, ugh. The room we had was surface clean, but could have used a bit more of a dusting. No water pressure in shower, hot water was good. AC unit worked great-a must in Texas! Ok for a travel stop, easily accessible, close to shopping/restaurants. Will not be using this hotel or Booking. com again.
