Liked: Breakfast was bascially nothing, just a couple granola bars and rice krispie treats.

Fine except for the unbelieveable...

Liked: Everything except being charged $10 extra for a non-smoking room.
Disliked: We mistakenly booked a smoking room although I absolutely DID NOT do that on purpose. Could a smoking room somehow been the default? When we checked out, they charged us an extra $10 for the non-smoking room. I am 83 years of age and have traveled in all 50 states and over 100 countries--never ONCE have I been charged specifically for a non-smoking room. In many other hotels or motels I have visited, they charge for a smoking room but NOT for a non-smoking room. Are they running out of smokers and now have to charge non-smokers?

Liked: Gd location and clean
Disliked: No coffee pot in rm and did not have enough towels and wash cloths in rm. Had to go to office for more. When I called motel ph line I was told they had full breadfast and they didn't.

Liked: Great staff and room. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s one of my favorite places to stay in Cookeville

Worst experience ever

Disliked: The owner was so rude and hateful. The AC didn't work in the room, and he wouldn't let us change rooms. I have medicine that affects me when it gets too hot, and the 1 night we stayed, I was up all night so sick. I am still waiting for my refund for the second night. This hotel also charges for kids.

Liked: Front desk lady was super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Air conditioners had to be turned on in the room and took a long time to cool the room down. Fridge not working properly. No elevators for 2nd floors to take luggage up.
