Disliked: The clock did not work. The phone did not work. The beds were horrible.

Liked: My room and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Shabby carpeting, slow drainage in tub, old tile a d woodwork, etc. Friendly, helpful staff.

Professionally staff and comfortable room.

Liked: The staff were professionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The outlet plate by the bed is not properly secured to the wall, exposing all the wires behind it. I had to hold the plate with one hand while removing my charging cord.
