Liked: Not much I’m sorry to say. Staff was nice but had no idea she charged me twice on my credit card. Luckily I caught it. Said I’ll get refund in a few days. Not cool.
Disliked: The property was pretty but the stench of marijuana was all around. The door into the room had a huge gap which bugs come through. The room was organized but wreaked of marijuana once again. My boyfriend and I went and had dinner and came back to retire for the night. I started to feel like bugs were crawling on me so we turned all the lights and then noticed after lifting blankets the the sheets were covered in gritty feeling texture and also dog hair (it looked) and long black hair. They didn’t change the sheets and I know this without a doubt. We stripped the bed and shook two sheets out so we could sleep. I slept 2 hours total. I was bit on my elbow and ankles from something either the person before left behind or bugs coming through the large gap in front door. This was 1130 pm by the time we shook sheets. I also might add the office called and when answering phone it fell apart. When we asked about call when checking out, they stated they were calling at 10 pm at night our deposit didn’t go through. She double charged me already and they want to call us that late at night to say my deposit didn’t go through? When checking out we let the staff know everything and they stated we’ll let management know. I’m disgusted with this hotel and feel I should call health department on this place. I still am waiting for my double charge of $114 (which I will file fraudulent if need be if it’s not returned). I really just want my money back from the complete one sleepless night and compensation for our time wasted. We only see each other once a week and it was completely ruined. I might also add my boyfriend and I always eat breakfast at our stays once a week and I didn’t dare. Please have this place inspected.
