Days Inn by Wyndham Concord

Very good accommodation at at a reasonable price. Excellent location to attend events at the Concord Pavilion - inexpensive Uber ride. I just loved how warm and welcoming the staff(owners?) were. Will always book there moving forward.

Liked: Very friendly staff. The room was clean and roomy; the bed comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected.

Disliked: Staffs are impatient and very unprofessional. In addition, the sheets and beds are covered with hairs and they are dirty. No water bottles are in the room, and the rooms have an awful smell.....believe me. My friend's room doesn't have hot shower. There are very few options on breakfast menu. All the vending machine are broken. I didn't get my $100 deposit right away and I have to wait for extra days to get my reimbursement into my account. When I called them to inquire about my deposit money, they hanged up the phone on me multiple times. I have terrible experience at this hotel. Therefore, if you don't want to waste your money or ruin your holiday mode, I won't recommend you to stay at this hotel. Paid extra bucks and get comfortable by choosing other places. I regret big times. I normally didn't write the review, but I don't want others to have the same experience as me. I fall for them because of some beautiful images on their websites. REGRET BIG TIME.....

For the price I cannot...

Liked: Breakfast was fine; coffee hot, waffles, danish pastry. It would be nice if there was butter and jam for the toast/waffle. The facilities were clean and staff was nice. Area was quiet and safe
Disliked: Walls and furniture are worn/scraped. TV did not work.
