Disliked: My room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and strange things in the sink. Everything was dusty. All the furniture was very old and had bugs in it. The curtains didn't close the windows completely, giving the impression that we were always exposed to people passing by. Electrical outlets didn't work. I chose a non-smoking room, but every day, people were smoking marijuana outside. They even dropped a small jar of marijuana in front of my door. I felt incredibly embarrassed and uncomfortable because I was with my 7-year-old daughter. Breakfast only had coffee and stale muffins. I even found a cockroach next to the coffee cups, which was very embarrassing. Overall, the hotel's facilities are terrible; the only saving grace is the staff, who were all very polite and helpful.
