COCKROACHES.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: This place was disgusting. It smelled bad, the ice machine was caked with nasty dirt and to top it off.. ROACHES. Do not book here! Also will not give us a refund.

Overall, excellent stay.

Liked: We traveled with a German Shepherd, and they were very accommodating.
Disliked: We were in a hurry and there was no coffee in the common room.

Liked: This hotel is Clean, with a very courteous staff, positioned in a convenient location, overall it is a good value. The shower was hot, even pressure and the shower head has a superior location than most hotels for taller people.
Disliked: This location has had times where it was not maintained very well, which is evident in the overall feel of the building, being updated and well cleaned can only go so far when the structure of the hotel and the HVAC system lacked maintenance during their life.

Liked: The system changed location from Columbus Nebraska where I was traveling too, to Columbus Indiana. Very unhappy about being charged for a room when I contacted right away reporting the error to facility and booking.
Disliked: Being billed for this room

Liked: The room it's self was in good shape and recently renovated.
Disliked: The hotel has a pool, but it's not open and doesn't even have any water in it.So called free breakfast was a joke. No fresh meats of any kind, no fresh fruit or juices of any kind. All they had was cereal, biscuits and gravy and waffles
