It was a convenient stay....

Liked: the room on the picture looked NOTHING like the room we got. The wallpaper in the bathroom was torn. The coffeepot had dust on it. We only had two small towels. We were told we had to bring our dirty ones to get more.. The shower drained slow. The bed was not comfortable. The towels and wash cloths were scratchy.
Disliked: The location was great. The pillows were nice. The breakfast was nice.

It was fine. Do wish...

Liked: Good location.

Liked: Close to our family & a church to attend.
Disliked: Killed a roach on nite stand.

Would have been FABULOUS if...

Liked: It was clean. Staff Deja was great & helpful.
Disliked: We only stayed at this hotel for the pool. A couple was swimming when we checked in, we went and bought bathing suits, came back to swim. Magically, the pool was ‘closed’ because someone ‘broke the steps’. Was told it’d be fixed and opened by 9am and if it was fixed past check out, we could still swim because of the inconvenience, it was still locked and closed so that’s a bummer. There was rust on the shower rod. Had to go get shampoo from the front desk MIDSHOWER, because they had two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo.

You Get What You Pay...

Liked: The price was amazing but the facility and breakfast was mediocre at best
Disliked: You get what you pay for. It worked for one night though. My parent's room had dirty towels behind the door and was far from clean. My room had paint and texture hanging down over the tub. Loud music and partying went on in the parking lot until I called at 10pm. I don't like to be that guy. Had to use my cell phone to call the desk because the room phone was not working.
