Liked: The staff was really nice, from the moment we arrived till we left.
Disliked: The room was not clean at all, my kid opened a bar of soap to wash her hands when I saw it it was full of hairs. I'm not sure if the bar was like that or the sink was just not wiped down enough. The closet was dusty and with other guest clothes still there. The pool was full of dead bugs, leaves and sand in the bottom. Not the hotel fault it was shady was got scared for a bit, there was a man outside our room coming in an out his car he seemed to be very drunk. And guys walking up and down the hall way.

Disliked: Our room was absolutely not what we expected, it was not clean, the couch was literally torn up, the shower never got hot....I could go on. We did have a pet so we were probably in a "pet" room but it was horrible

Disappointing

A good nights sleep in...

Liked: Location was great, room was a little well worn, it the bed was comfortable, aircon worked and we got a good nights sleep. Fridge freezer and microwave great.
Disliked: Bathroom had hairs in the bath and on the floor. Sheets also had hairs on them. Curtains had holes in them. Breakfast was a joke, bread to toast! That was it!
