I felt disgusted, unsafe and...

Liked: Location was very good, close to the university.
Disliked: It is a rundown motel which probably hasn’t ever seen a renovation. Extremely noisy starts and stops to the refrigerator made it difficult to stay asleep.

Comfortable, affordable, convenient, but I...

Liked: The price was amazing. The proximity to the performance venue was nice. I could walk to other neat things in the area.
Disliked: The website described hot breaktast. When I got there it was two waffle irons and very bad syrup. Yes there was yogurt and cereal but those are not hot breakfast items. You are catfishing potential customers because when you say hot breakfast everyone imagines the eggs, proteins, etc.... I would label it as continental and surprise customers with the hot waffles or just say hot breakfast which includes waffle, cereal, and yogurt. Don't exaggerate amenities, it never leads to repeat customers if you're dealing with people who think like me.

Liked: There really was not much to like about this place
Disliked: The rooms had bugs. The toilets wouldn't flush. Men stood outside yelling during the night. Breakfast was either a waffle or fruit loops. The coffee was horrible. Was a bad experience all the way around. Never staying there again.

Disliked: The toilet is made for a toddler that's learning a potty train, and your water pressure sucks.

Disliked: We found bedbugs on the sheets! We immediately packed up our things and went to front desk. Were told no other rooms were available. We left and found another hotel. Called manager for a refund. She was very rude and refused.
