Avoid at all costs!

Liked: We couldn’t really fault the staff at the hotel as they were very helpful with taking bags up to the rooms, paying for items from the vending machine when our money and cards were not working, free bottles of water and a happy and friendly attitude. Location also good in terms of being close to the airport. Beds were also comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room was certainly not up to standard, from the moment you open the door you are greeted with a overwhelming smell of smoke or some kind of drugs, the room itself is extremely unhygienic in fact it’s not clean enough to keep animals no matter humans. The bath towels were filthy with brown marks all over them, foot marks all over the bath mat, skirting boards looked like they had not been cleaned for years and just generally looked dated and unkept. We had two rooms and in both rooms the toilet seat nearly fell off, our toilet didn’t flush properly, hairdryer didn’t work in one room, coffee machine was unhygienic and needed drastic cleaning, one room had bugs and cockroaches, the lift didn’t work to the upstairs rooms and overall the experience was just shit!!! The hotel really needs some drastic work doing before this can be classed as decent and charge what it’s charging per night for a room. Avoid until they do some major refurbishment!

Liked: location was great. not too far from downtown and not too busy. staff was so great and welcoming.
Disliked: looks like they started remodeling and didn’t finish. room had some holes from screws etc. elevator was out of order. room smelled heavily like smoke.

Liked: Every time I come is a must stay the staff is wonderful exceeding all my expectations accommodations are always on point they make me feel like family my kids and I love it here !!!!!! The roomsAre dope feasible comfy and cozy pet friendly as well so freaking love the staff
Disliked: Wish I could build them a pool lol naw just kidding

My mind was completely blown!

Liked: I did not feel safe, there were several men and people coming and going. The elevators didn’t work. Guys hanging out on every corner of the hotel. The room had an awful smell, there were stains on the carpet. We absolutely could not stay there. The worst experience of visiting ATL.

Liked: I checked in at the front desk and paid for the room ..I just didn’t feel safe .. Ti many crack heads were hanging outside all walking in the parking lot.. Scared to get in or out the car .. So I went back in and ask for a refund.. Still waiting on that.. Booking needs to do better .. I need my money .. This hotel wasn’t it for me .. it just wasn’t safe for me and my daughter .. I was scared as hell .. never again .. Please don’t stop here run run run fast
