Great Stay

Liked: The staff were wonderful. Answered all questions being very helpful. Very pleasant in all actions . The location was excellent. Close to Burlington with all services needed nearby but not the craziness.
Disliked: Nothing really. We were pleased with everything.

If the cleaning staff could...

Liked: The front staff were SO amazing and accommodating. You ask for extra blankets and you wait 2 minutes and they're up at your room.
Disliked: Cabinets were falling apart. Couches were very dirty. Carpets had stains on them. One of ours rooms had cup rings on the coffee table it really was unfortunate. I understand the hotel is helping homeless people/families but it was a little too much with the amount of smoke (cigarettes and weed) you get hit with by the long term tenants. Especially with kids .

A pleasant and clean hotel....

Liked: The staff was very nice. The hotel was pleasant and clean. The room was comfortable with great beds and a mini fridge.
Disliked: The hotel had a pool, which my son was very excited about. We went down in the morning, two hours after the pool was supposed to open, but it was still closed. I actually chose this hotel and paid extra because of the pool. The "breakfast" room had one apple and one muffin in a plastic wrapper. The coffee was a strange brown liquid.

Avoid at all costs not...

Liked: Night shift manager and staff were amazing and friendly and always ready and willing to help
Disliked: Day shift manager and staff were very dismissive, didn't seem to care that we were having issues with the room. Anytime we had to deal with her it felt like we were inconveniencing her with our requests. All the towels in the room were wet and dirty with stains as well as the spare roll of toilet paper being wet and brown. The walls have been poorly patched from previous damage and white stains all over the curtains. We originally setup the reservation for a room with a king bed almost 2 months ago only to be informed a few hours before our arrival that due to a "maintenance issue" and we had the choice to take the downgrade or have our reservation canceled and no other explanation was given and a two bed double room was substituted. I'm 6'6" tall the beds were way too small and very uncomfortable. The hallways constantly smelled like Marijuana and there were tons of what seemed like homeless people hanging around which made my wife and I very uncomfortable. If they had given more notice I would have canceled the reservation and looked for another room this was absolutely inexcusable and I will definitely not be returning to this location. This trip was part of a Christmas gift I gave my wife and this hotel definitely ruined the enjoyment of this long weekend trip we made.
