Great place to stay overnight...

Liked: I loved the location being directly next to the pier and the view from our room was the ocean.
Disliked: The free breakfast wasn't much to write home about... Very small room, very few choices and what there was wasn't great.

Overall enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Loved how close we were to the beach and stores.
Disliked: Only issue was the floors need to be cleaned better . When I got there I dropped an ice cube and it made mud. The floor water when cleaning needs to be change more often. Other wise the facility was clean and smelled fresh.

Liked: I rated the property as "passable" (5) because the condition of our room wasn't great. The entry door has a large gap at the bottom were there should be some sort of lip. Next to the entry door was the bathroom sink which like the bathroom was dated. There were little ants on the bathroom sink counter and a few in the bathroom. The slide lock on the door was cheap. If someone kicked in the door that would not have stopped them. The rest of the room was more up to date but the pillows were unbelievably small (looked and felt like a bag of cotton balls). Mattress was great. Breakfast was a huge disappointment and a lot of the other guest didn't look happy either. Poor and small selection of food
Disliked: The entry door, having to kill little ants and the free breakfasy

Would probably stay again.
