Disliked: Worn out, outdated , carpet is super dirty bath tub was clogged with black her present on the tub, had to ask to fix the clog , couldn’t get asleep through the night because of fire detector was blinking like in prison anytime is dark

Liked: "Mel" at the evening front desk was very helpful getting me checked in. When a bad winter storm just as I checked in, she had all the info I needed to monitor road conditions. And when I requested an extension because of the storm, the day shift front desk ladies were more more happy to oblige.

Liked: Prime location, nice breakfast, facilities are good but carpets are very old and maybe unfortunately the housekeeper who cleaned was on rush, not vacuumed properly on corners and skipped even one slipper by previous occupants by the bed…

Poor customer service

Liked: I called several days and talked to 3 different staff members about being overcharged for my room and an extra cleaning fee 5 days later due to dog hair. I don’t have or own a dog. I think it was the people before me, because on the carpet was leftover debris that the vacuum left. It was by the couch and window area. No one ever called me back to resolve the issue. I finally called my bank. My apartment manager of 5 years can verify we don’t own a dog.
