Liked: it was a convenient location close to UVA. the staff was nice and the room was very clean!!
Disliked: the mattresses were hard and didn’t sleep well, and there was a decent amount of road noise.

Disliked: Hair all over the floor and embedded in the towels. Cigarette burn mark on the sheets

Disliked: I lost my ID while traveling. The front desk clerk treated me like a criminal and told me if I didn´t leave the premises he would call the Police despite me having a valid copy of my ID on my phone. It was 3 am and I had to sit in the street until 6 am when I was able to book another room. I have never felt so humilated before.

Liked: Everything!! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were spotless. I especially liked the flooring, no nasty rugs!!
