Was nice room, clean, but...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room smelled, no towels in room. Body wash in shower was empty.

Staff wonderful, room was clean...

Liked: The staff was AMAZING, very friendly, and hard working
Disliked: We had to wait 2 hours to check in because rooms were not clean

We had a fun time...

Liked: Breakfast-OkayClose to Casino and fast food restaurants
Disliked: Maids banged on the door too early. We had arrived late the night before. They knocked at 9:30 when check out was 11.Hair on tub when we entered. Minor stains on bedspread.Not enough towels and pillows were flat. Motel did not have notes that we had a dog. Dog relief area needs upgrade.

Liked: Comfortable rooms w exterior doors motel type that worked for us and our dogAlthough full for holiday weekend it was quiet and safeStaff was great and breakfast awesomeConvenient locationCharles town is a small pretty town w all modern conveniences
Disliked: No pool but it is an expensive facility to add

Liked: Ant infestation in the room. All the walls and door were very dirty.
Disliked: Very dirty. Ants everywhere
