Liked: Easy to find, parking is free.
Disliked: We had a verbally abusive (not to us) guest staying in the room below us. Shouting and swearing at the top of their voice until around 4am on one night. I reported this to front desk who obviously knew this guest.Thanks to the lawn chair set up outside their room I'm guessing this was a long term guest who seemed to know plenty of others staying here.Basically be aware that you're gonna have some rough neighbours.

Liked: Very nice room, everything worked, decent breakfast with some hot items to choose from. Was a little afraid the location might be noisy, but that did not turn out to be the case at all.
Disliked: Probably not his fault, but the check in person was very overwhelmed and not too polite (and was loud) to people on the phone within hearing of others of us waiting to check in. I will say he was perfectly polite to us and was efficient. Different person when we checked out the next morning was polite and cheerful.

Disliked: hotel was not clean- coffee pot in room was never cleaned - had empty cup wrappers and used filters inside the pot; ant traps in every floor and counter corner, trash left on bathroom floor upon my arrival from previous guests, bugs crawling in bath tub and roaches on light fixture, bathroom floor had stuff spilled on it. It was horrible - only good thing about it is location. Waited a while to even be acknowledged at check in - i waited and waited and no one ever came to the desk ; about four more customers came in after me and we were all just waiting in lobby and one of them eventually went looking for a staff member and hollering out for someone

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC was nice n cold & shower was nice and hot. Overall nice convenient location to everything in town.
Disliked: Quiet a bit of loud construction workers making noise at all hours.
