Liked: Great accomodations for Pets. Water was worked on but up and working well before the first night began.

It was ok

Liked: Some of the cleaning staff was great but the breakfast could have been better
Disliked: The one manager that made a nasty remark about us after we got out the pool

Liked: And breakfast was just fine. Everything was neat and clean in the breakfast room and we went in at the end of the morning. Impressive

Liked: Waited in the lobby for 20-25 minutes with no one present to check in. Someone had put a sign in the counter that said will be right back, sorry. Staff was in the bathroom in hallway and emotionless with check in and at checkout. Two different employees. The housekeeper at check out 5/11/25 was very nice. Food quality was poor at breakfast
Disliked: Staff lack of service and food. Bed was comfortable and water in shower was hot
