Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was dirty. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and reeked like cigarettes.

The Days Out

Liked: The shower was big though I didn't use it. The cleaning staff was nice.
Disliked: The front desk staff were crude and disrespectful, I fell due to tiles being uneven and they wouldn't do an incident report, the pool was filthy and the gates were rusted, the life preserver was old and disintegrating, the bedroom and bathroom floors were filthy, the bed was big but itchy, the pool was only open from 2pm to 10 pm for cleaning which they didn't do neither, the wifi password reset every morning so you'd have to walk to the front desk to get the new number, the lights wouldn't turn on properly (specifically the lamps) unless all the lights were on with the switch by the door, and lastly they don't refund you your deposit they instead charge you the whole amount unlike other hotels that put a hold (therefore, you have to DISPUTE with your bank to get your deposit back).

Disliked: The room was dirty there eye lashes on the table bathroom looked dirty and we got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector was covered in plastic I called front desk and they said ok that’s fine

Disliked: Non smoking room smelled like smoke. That smell was on the towels and bed covers. The bed cover even had a burn hole in it.

Disliked: There was blood on the top bed cover, and either feces or blood all over the ceiling. It definitely could use a cleaning.
