Did not enjoy my stay. Oh, and the sink was clogged!

Liked: The coffee and waffles.
Disliked: TV did not work; phone did not work; no one at at the desk to help wiith the TV! Upon check out clerk said she would try to compensate. 3 ice machines broken!

Convenient, good value, friendly staff.

Liked: Convenient breakfast, just picked up my plate and went back to my room. Clean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, bedding and pillows.
Disliked: The grass areas by the pool really needs, at the very least a trash bin, and possibly cigarette bin. There are cigarette butts all in the grass and nowhere to dispose of dog poo bags when pets use the lawn.Smaller complaint: At breakfast, I did wish for sausage, bacon and eggs though. I could smell the sausage from outside, but it was in the gravy.

Disliked: By far one of the most disgusting and unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was filthy—even for a pet-friendly room. The tub didn’t drain at all, making the shower completely unusable. The stench in the room was unbearable, and the AC didn’t work.The older woman supervising the front desk was not only rude but completely incompetent, unable to even grasp the problems I was describing. Housekeeping staff in the hallways glared at guests without a single greeting or smile, making the atmosphere even more unwelcoming. Trash outside the building was left to pile up on the ground instead of being emptied—absolutely disgraceful for any business claiming to offer hospitality.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I will NEVER stay here again. This location is a complete embarrassment to the hotel industry.

Liked: The location is dark and concerning. The outside of the hotel was well lit. The room was comfortable BUT the air conditioner was so loud, it kept us up all night.
