Liked: They charged me a pet fee and I have no pets, they put me in a smoking room and I have never requested a smoking room it smelt like a ash tray I lost my jewelry I ask the boy at desk if he could look in the lost items box 3 times nicely he told me to come back the next day instead of looking. He blames booking that my card was declined and it was them not booking. I have never been treated so bad by Jay Patel and the boy in the office
Disliked: How disrespectful they were and putting me in a smoke filled room

Disliked: Right next to a interstate very noisy all night could not sleep

Disliked: The rod for the shower is almost off the wall, the curtain kept going in the middle and we had to put towels on the floor to keep the water dried up. The toilet kept rocking when you either sat down or got up. The bed was horrible. We literally met in the middle. The floor is filthy, from shower to bed back to sink and bed our feet were dirty. Crack under door, had to put a towel down to block out the light.

I wish I stayed somewhere...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: It was old and dirty. We found many things left in our room from previous people. The microwave was very dirty, as well as the the doors and the ceiling. The headboard fell out of the wall onto my husband.
