Disliked: Right when i walk into lobby it had a very strongggg smell amd i dont know wth is it. It does not smell clean i just cant explain it because it gave me a very bad headache. Need update whole room from top to bottom. Didn't feel safe sleeping on bed because is so downgraded and insects or bugs might be on bed. Bed was small was not queen size. Toilet was very short and tiny not and is right by door. Sink was too loud and very lowww and I'm a short person it's already too low for me. Room was very dark and need better paint because the paint makes the room too dark(green and dark brown) need better lighting because there was toooo many lights to turn on in the room but after turn on it was only ok. Was a waste of my money I should of went to a better hotel and use my money off better there. Really regret

Liked: the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The ADA room was on the corner of the lot, and since the area was not the best, I didn't feel safe. The front door actually looked like someone had tried to set a fire at it on the bottom. The facility is run down. No kleenex in the room. The "breakfast items we already out when we checked in the evening before. The in room coffee was terrible. The T.V channel selection was blah. Just not happy with the whole thing. I don't think the lower price was worth the lower quality of the room. The woman that checked us in was irritated with something that actually came across in her interaction with us.

The cost of the stay...

Liked: It’s very old and not maintained Light shade were falling apart and some didn’t work. Curtains were falling off the curtain rods. Window cells were dirty Bathroom was old and grout o the floor was dirty. Ironing board was dirty. The dressers were dirty inside and some would not stay closed. The desk chair would not adjust and the table chairs were stained. Outside of the complex needs painted The TV was fine. The staff was great, caring, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Without the excellent staff, our stay would have been a nightmare

Disliked: Needs more comfortable chairs. We only had one towel for the two of us.
