Liked: Pool was open.
Disliked: Carpet was dirty, breakfast was cold. Juice machine out of order. Toaster did not work well.

Liked: The pool was great perfect water temperature and breakfast was great!
Disliked: The phone didn't work and the hot tub was down for repairs!

Ok for one night stay.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Need to add some fresh fruit options. Room was clean.
Disliked: Rooms need badly to be renovated and updated. Mattress not that comfortable. Walls very thin so could hear neighbor guest coughing during night.

I would not return to...

Liked: Location, was close to a lot of food options.
Disliked: Was very very disappointed & disgusted. Will not be returning back. For 1. When we showed up the receptionist seemed like she was just sitting in a back room scrolling through her phone and took a while before she even attended us. 2. We went swimming and my husband had to potty so he used to restroom in the spa area, as he walked in he stepped on dog feces that were just laying there. 3. The walls in our room (221) had mold on them. 4. As we walked to our room many rooms had the curtains open so you were able to see through and there was many rooms dirty, when we left the next morning everything was the same. Doors opened to rooms and no work had been done. Does not seem like staff cares to have a clean hotel or work. 5. As my husband and I were in the pool area there was no clean towels so I went to the front desk to ask for towels and waited again… a very long time to be attended. I had to say Hello multiple times before the receptionist ran out from what seemed like a back room; she looked like she was falling asleep back there.
