Nice facilities, lackluster staff.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The heated indoor pool was a welcomed reprieve given personal circumstances at the time.
Disliked: The staff were very unhelpful when it came to checking in. Even tho the room was paid for already, they refused to allow us to check in until 3pm! Then they charged my card again for the stay. Saying that it was declined by booking.com. I'm still waiting for a resolution for this as I type this.

Liked: it was conveniently locate. Staff and lobby was excellent
Disliked: The bathroom needs work. shower curtain rod looks as if coming loose from the wall. the toilet seat needs to be repaired.lights need to be checked out. flickering when turned on. room needs to be a bit cleaner. outs side was dirty and needs to be cleaned up. parking lot was very dirty . swimming pool water was cloudy

Liked: It was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The whirlpool spa was not working, the first room I checked into had a wet foul smelling floor, and the breakfast did not provide drinking water; just tap water.

Disliked: I booked that room for the hot tub and it was out of order. The prostitutes staying next door.
