Disliked: A family was split into 3 rooms next to our room and they kept slamming their doors going in and out of each other’s room letting the door slam onto the metal door stopper from 7pm until i called the front desk at around 11:30pm

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel was built 26 years and had not been updated since. The bath tubs and fixtures must be original, the rooms are small. The staff is great and trying hard but the place needs renovations badly. So close to the Thruway the noise level is high in the rooms on the side towards the Thruway, you hear the rumbling of every truck rolling by.
Disliked: Mostly the lack of noise insulation, the windows are old and drafty.
