Liked: Great location
Disliked: We had a colony of ants in the bathroom; the ac never cooled ro room off; tub leaked all night; toilet ran.

Disappointed in customer service.

Liked: We asked for a discount for loss of services and they did give us food allowance.
Disliked: Negative! Breakfast room closed. No coffee pot in room even tho I asked about it at registration and was told there WAS one in the room. I called every day for it but never came. Microwave was not plugged in and no where to plug in cabinet. I had to carry it to the bathroom vanity for power. Toilet paper was scant. I asked for new roll on second day. On third day still no TP I threatened to use linens for TP if it didn’t come! In the muddle of summer the POOL was not open. It looked clean and useable but closed. The staff didn’t know what they were doing. When I checked in the woman asked me what room I had before she gave me one. One card key dud nut work. Staff had limited to no information/awareness if basic businesses in the area.

Liked: Check in was pretty fast and they accommodated an early check-in.
Disliked: The furniture was very dusty, like they never bother to clean it at all. They bathroom could use a little touchup to make it look nicer.

Disliked: They said there would be breakfast and a pool. The pool is out of order and the only breakfast is coffee. It was a bit rundown
