Exceptional

The stay was great.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The rooms were large and exactly what o expect at this price point. We were very happy with our stay.

Disliked: Pancake machine didn’t work that well. Need more handicap parking. As at 6:30 at night I had to park in the back. Not easy to get to front of the hotel as street is very busy and I am in wheelchair.

Disliked: The hotel was overpriced. Had issues with the shower. Poor lighting, breakfast was beneath expectations - mostly pancakes, bread eggs and sausage along with cereals, juice and yogurt- the same daily.. gym facilities poor.

Disliked: I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is an exception. I suppose it could be an acceptable option if you get a really good deal. However, for what we paid ($322 CAD per night), you'd be much better off finding somewhere else to stay.The carpet in our room was stained and completely soaked. The window leaked so badly that all our belongings placed nearby got wet right before we checked out. And breakfast? Let's just say it politely: The only thing I could find was coffee, and unfortunately, both dispensers were empty.Upon checkout, the receptionist was pretty understanding and offered a 15% discount for the issues we mentioned. However, that discount has never appeared on my account.Last thing to mention is the deposit as of 100 CAD that wasnt mentioned anywhere. Even though our stay was paid in full before check-in, we had to pay it.
