Good

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast. The price was good and staff was friendly.
Disliked: We asked for non smoking but could smell cigarette smell in our room.

Very unprofessional and deceitful.

Liked: It was a place to sleep. That’s about the best I can say about it. It was surprisingly quiet considering it was full both nights of our trip.
Disliked: First, I was lied to by the representative who I spoke to before booking. I asked if the pool was open and was it heated. She said the pool was open but not heated. We checked in late at night so I didn’t check the pool until the next morning. Not only was it not open but it was empty with various items stacked in the pool area. I tried finding someone to talk to about this and never found anyone at the front desk and only a housekeeper cleaning rooms. The breakfast area was a mess with no hot water for the oatmeal packets, no attendant and very unsanitary conditions.I realize the price was low but I was very disappointed with everything about my stay from start to end. I will definitely not stay here again and will make sure I tell others about this place as well.

This is a good value

Liked: The front desk staff were exceptional and the room that we finally settled in was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The first room we were provided was in need of renovation, the air conditioning didn't work and they had rolled in a swamp cooler which was not acceptable.

It's a budget motel with...

Liked: This is a place to stay. The outside wasn't appealing but the rooms worked fine for my needs. It's a budget motel with the basics. If you are looking for a 5 star experience, keep on moving. If needed, I would stay here again...maybe. Safeway nearby.
Disliked: It's rundown and I think some tenants stay here long term. Not the nicest surrounding area but that may just be the town. The room has the basics and provided a night stay for me.

I learned something. In Burns...

Liked: There was a mix up on my reservation and the manager was very accommodating.
Disliked: It was very rundown.

Disappointing

Liked: Ground floor, restaurant near by, very helpful and polite young man at reception, working ice machine.
Disliked: Toilet paper sitting in bathtub not put on holder in wall, dirty towels on the counter, floor had some kind of debris on it - small lightweight leaves.

Don't stay at Days Inn...

Disliked: We booked through booking.com and were told that we would have two rooms next to each other. That did not happen. The property was filthy, dog crap everywhere. The rooms look like they hadn't been painted. The swimming pool was so filthy no one would want to swim in it. The staff seemed like they were on drugs.
