Terrible experience. Want refund.

Disliked: The first room i had gotten was infested with fleas, and the floor and chairs were stained with brown something on them. They were able to change me rooms, but then I was put in a room where someone under me had a dog, which is not allowed at this property, and left it outside all day no food and water. I told the front desk, and the owner of the dog tried to fight me and the front desk lady AND followed me to see what room I was in which prompted me to check out a whole day early fearing for my safety. Nobody offered any refund, one lady even said "OH I believe it" when I told her there were fleas. The free breakfast had NOTHING except yogurt cereal and toast. The coffee was literal brown water and that was it. It was a terrible use of $180 bucks and I will never be back again.

Liked: There was old food and maybe coffee on walls. Bathroom had mildew in cracks it smelled damp and room needed to be air out. Pillows could be a little firmer

Slow Service, Smoky/Dirty Room, and...

Liked: I'm not sure. The beds felt mostly comfortable I guess.
Disliked: Check in took approximately 20 minutes, even though it was 11pm and I did the pre check in online already. The lobby was very busy with people making lots of noise and coming in and out. The hallway by our rooms reeked of smoke, as did our rooms. Room 215 was particularly bad, as if someone had recently smoked in the room. Since it was late, I had no choice but to sleep in the room with my kids, but they took a long time to fall asleep due to the smell and I did as well. I sent a message to the hotel about this and never received a response. The rooms were also dirty, with urine stains, peeling toilet seats, and mildewy carpet. The breakfast was lame; only had yogurt, cereal, bagels, and muffins. The only drink was coffee. There was no bread, juice, fruit, etc. From start to finish, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had with my family.
