Liked: The location was great. Breaskfast (cereal, toast, outmeal, and pastries) was a great perk.
Disliked: The Wifi did not work.The room phone did not work. Room was connecting and you could hear guest next door have loud sex at all hours of the day.Housekeeping never came.

Liked: The location is excellent nearby Knotts Berry Farm portal, bakery, and Medieval times but not caught on that beach Blvd traffic to all this locations. Which I loved. I loved the fast check-in link online and the fast checkout link. Also, online the staff is very kind and friendly and attentive to your needs. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and best of all the room was affordable in today’s economy.
Disliked: If I could be honest, we were on the fourth floor and the elevator near our room was not working so we have to do a lot of walking & caring our stuff. With a Sciatica pain not good. The one in the lobby was working and only one farther away from our room. Other than that everything is good here.

Disliked: No security patrolling. My neighbor was smoking outside of her door and she was talking loud to friends at one in the morning. I had to open my door and remind her to be mindful of others.

Liked: The water was hot, beds were comfortable, pool and spa were great too. Staff was also nice.
Disliked: The breakfast options werent that great and the rooms could have been cleaner. I also didnt like that there were no coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. Also, there's no fan in the bathrooms.
