Disappointing
Disliked: The door to my room didn't close properly & 5 minutes after setting my water cup down their was a cockroach in it.

Liked: Fast check in
Disliked: The room was kind of trash. Pen scratches all over the floor. No closet just two hooks. One fell off when I put something on it. Toilet flushed so slow.

Bad
Disliked: This is a motel not a hotel. Looks like an old motel 6 building. Cops were there as soon as we pulled up. Check in was easy. We take a nasty run down elevator up to the 4th floor where our room was. One elevator didn’t work. The room was in the back literally facing the freeway. We can hear the cars on the freeway all night. Lots of homeless around. Beds were ok. Room was old and run down and very even the door looked like it was manipulated. This is a horrible hotel don’t expect much. Will not be returning .
