Very good

Liked: Pool and jacuzzi were great.
Disliked: The AC in the room was not working.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy, and you didn't just sink into them. The size of the room was perfect, and made our stay more comfortable. It is a very short distance, (within walking distance, if you're up to it and want to save money on parking) from Knott's Berry Farm. The parking lot was well spaced out didn't feel like you were going to get hit by the car next to you. This property is in Targets parking lot, so if you forgot something, or need something, you can walk across the way to Target. The room has a very cold mini fridge, and a microwave. Ice cold AC in the room, made it very pleasant, and the bed was amazing, I slept well.
Disliked: There was a lot of homeless around the property, and in the parking lot. I did feel uncomfortable leaving my car in the lot, and when I was trying to unpack, even though I was able to pull right up to my rooms location. The bathroom was outdated, and everything in it was starting to show rust. The toilet was very frustrating, it was running, and flushes slower than molasses. The shower was covered in hairs. The check in staff was short, and unhelpful. I could not hear a word she was saying, and when I asked her to please repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and kept going with what she was doing. The room was on the 4th floor, and we could not find the elevators, and didn't see any posted signs for elevators. The freeway is 50' from your room, and no that's not the properties fault, but the giant gap in the seal of the door is. You could hear the freeway as though you were sitting next to it. We were told repeatedly there was early check in available, and had requested it well in advance. Then on the day of, we were told that there were larger groups coming in and they would have priority over us and were denied early check in.

Pleasant

Liked: They were very tentative to our needs and my sure we had toilet paper and towels.We stayed for a few days.
Disliked: The picture showed there was a microwave, and there were no microwaves in the room, and the toilet ran very funny.

Disappointing

Liked: Asked for room on 1st floor due to disabled family member, but 3rd floor was given. This was so much of an issue as there was an elevator, however the power went out at roughly 2am. Power did not come back on. Left property at 4:30am due to still no power and no estimate on timeline of return. Had to carry all belongings down two flights of stairs and assist disable family member down stairs as well.

Bad

Good beds but disappointing breakfast

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the water pressure was good in the shower.
Disliked: The breakfast was pitiful - toast, cereal, muffins and bad coffee. The fruit bowl was usually empty, as was the mini fridge, which I think was meant to have hard boiled eggs or yogurt. I specifically looked for a hotel that served a good breakfast so I was very disappointed. I ended up eating out, most mornings.
