Disliked: It has really gone down hill lately. The staff are rude, they won't honor online prices, the deposit is outrageous, water was warm at best in bathroom, the fan in bathroom ceiling was making a squealing noise so loud you couldn't turn on light, the coffee maker was dirty and had no coffee pot, the in room sofa was dirty and material torn, the door didn't close real well, the walls and ceiling are paper-thin and a family of elephants were above on second floor. It has hardly any customers now because of conditions.

Liked: VERY CLEAN, AND FRIENDLY. WEBSITE SAID FREE BREAKFAST, ONLY CEREAL SO THAT WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING.

Adequate. No frills. Had plenty...

Liked: The Breakfast was minimal, packaged pastries, some dry cereal and instant oatmeal. Glad there were yogurts. I liked the bed, which was comfortable. The bedspread needed laundering, however.
Disliked: I was not expecting to be asked to make a $100 security deposit upon arrival - even if assured that it would be returned at check out. I think that Booking.com should follow up with this location about this practice.Being told that this was because past guests had trashed rooms on this location was not something I wanted to learn at check-in. [Football weekend]. Location was convenient when leaving for area activities, but annoying to find due to having to enter through a neighborhood. Google Maps was not easy to follow to the site. General directions should include the exit number for the location as it is primarily entered from a highway access road.
