Disliked: The ice machine is located on the main floor but that was not a big issue.

Liked: Convenient location to my siblings.
Disliked: I’ve been a guest on & off over 8 years when I come back home to NYC to visit my siblings. Since the pandemic, the room fees have increased significantly. I also never realized how small the rooms are. The television screen is almost completely black. When I told the front desk, she seemed extremely disinterested. Her response was “OK”.

Disliked: The smell in the room was awful. Also, it said no pets were allowed. However, there was a guest with a dog in the breakfast dining room, and it wasn't a service dog.
