Liked: I really appreciated the effort Sandra took as she was booking me in. She is friendly and seemed understanding.
Disliked: My husband and I went to the casino in Bristol My husband won over $300 at the casino and he printed off a ticket out of the machine because we had to get back to our room we had other appointments that morning so we stop by the office for your complimentary continental breakfast and as we were getting out of the car my husband dropped that ticket that was worth over $300 and $100 bill when we realized that the money was gone I went back and talked to the ladies at the front desk they informed me that I had to come back the next day and talk to the manager which was Sandra I went in and I talked to Sandra and I told her that my husband had lost about $400 and that it was lost when he was getting out of the car that morning outside the door of the office she informed me that the cameras were not working and I asked her if she could find out who was checking in around 8:30 or 9:00 that morning because I remember a man coming in and paying for his week of stay and I asked her if she could contact that gentleman and ask him if he may have picked up that money or if he saw the ticket and the $100 bill outside that door because he was the only person that came in doing that time was she informed me that there was over 50 people that she booked in that day that she just couldn't do it which didn't make any sense to me since I had just given her the exact time that we were in the office I felt that she felt miserably that day she failed me she failed my husband I mean that's a $400 loss that we could not afford a tag and I didn't not appreciate the absolute outrights finality of her decision not to help us

Liked: We pulled up and it looked like a homeless hotel. Trash everywhere. Rooms opened to the outside. Elevators out of order. Left and went to the Quality Inn across the street. Yuck.

Liked: No variety, hot water was always cold
Disliked: Rooms were dirty, ceiling was dripping water, other patrons were constantly playing loud music and slamming g doors. Had to call front desk nightly and ask them to intervene
