Disliked: Tap in bathroom sink room 222, very close to backsplash and spout to close to back of the sinklow water rate even when turned on full.

Breakfast was cold and unenjoyable...

Liked: Breakfast was lack luster. Pre cooked scrambled eggs and pancakes not kept warm in warming tray. The Pre cooked scrambled eggs and pancakes are microwaved then placed in tray and left to go cold in tray. Cold scrambled eggs and pancakes suck by the way. Plus, some bacon and or sausages would make for a more typical breakfast.
Disliked: We required the air conditioner to be on in the room because it was overly warm in the room due to the extreme hot summer weather outside. Unfortuntely, the air conditioner was brutually noisy. It was so loud that it kept my wife up for the two nights of our stay. It would be in Days Inn's best interest to update any room air conditioners that are extremely noisy. Due to the fact that if your customers are not able to get a good night sleep due to the unruly roar of an old air conditioner they most likely will not book with your hotel anymore. I know for a fact that my wife will not be re-booking with Days Inn.

Liked: good location, professional lobby but down hill from there.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible.Closed poorly ventilated room, cold mashed potatoes and cold dried out pancakes. Coffee was brew on demand and wasn't terrible but wasn't good either. Walked out and went to Sunset grill for an amazing breakfast. Bed was sagged out, bathroom fan didn't work and was falling out of ceiling, paint blistering and bathroom door broke. A/C did cool the room but very noisy. Won't stay at a days in again!!!!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions . We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We really like the Days Inn in Brantford and everything was clean and comfortable..the only small thing was …when people went in and out during the night only, they would slam the big doors to the lobby, and would startle and wake us up during the night…other than that, everything was great…Thanks.
