Liked: Water pressure
Disliked: Pool wasn't open, ac leaked into the floor ruined our belongings, sink in room wasnt hooked up, dryer didn't work, called months in advanced to make sure my requests were met and didn't get what I needed due to change of owners, floors were dirty, roof being repaired and nails all over the parking lot, prostitute running business all through out the night, property put My husbands card on file and tried to run it and mine 14 times each. Lol

Liked: Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. They are in the process of remodeling which is great but they have roaches.

Uncomfortable

Liked: A couple of lights didn’t work, killed a roach, the wallpaper by the door was peeling off from water damage, ceiling tiles in front of sink had water damage, bathroom had holes opening in the walls and the fan was exposed with no cover. I went with days in. Bc we were in town for an event so I didn’t need a resort but no bugs would have been nice.

Liked: I saw the hotel nothing like it was pictured rude staff, reviews definitely didn't live to to the hype. The hotel pictured is not recent do not stay here sheets were stained pillow cases were stained just really gross we didn't stay choose the hotel across from it.

Liked: There was no Wifi (signal never got to the back of the premises).The pool was closed (not warned on the website).There were no carpet floors (as promoted on the website).Floors were extremely dirty.Bathtub slippery as an ice skating ring. We have to use towels inside the bathtub so we didn't fall inside.Hard time with electronic keys.AC dripping inside the roomBreakfast is almost inexistent (oranges; bananas; cereal and coffee).Fridge missing one support leg, that you can't put stuff inside that fell off by the weight.It looks old, and they are working to renovate, but if many of the issues were announced on the website, we would have chosen another place. Maybe it's good for working crews working in the surroundings, but not for families or couples on leisure trips.
