Disliked: Did not feel very safe. The code to unlock the door was the room number. Bathroom had bugs in it.

Liked: I arrived at the hotel that night and couldn't check in!! The employee never found my reservation and I had to leave.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT!! Loss...

Liked: Nothing property maintains horrible upkeep. We did not stay. Drove 3 hours., Trip was a disaster. My company meetings were rescheduled.
Disliked: After being told NO REFUNDS OR CANCELATION, drove 3 hours to be greeted with a dark dingy room, baseboards look patchy worse handyman job ever., smells like cigarettes smoke. Mattress appeared to be worn, the pool is green with fungus. Ran down, very POOR upkeep. Not an inviting inderin environmen!!Owner and Booking.com should be ashamed!! CLICK BATE PROFIT!! DID NOT STAY!! We left immediately and was told by staff "stay or not NO REFUNDS" Homeless people hanging around breeze ways. Broken air conditioning in walk way. Unsafe environment. Tried 3 days prior to cancel reservations were unsuccessful!! Stressed to Jason that this location was over an hour away from my destination, and I've been trying to cancel 3 days in advance on line, again Jason was NO HELP!!

Disliked: Old, small, tired, run-down room. Ceiling panels falling out in bathroom. Wifi does not work inside room. TV didn't work. Shower is awful.Would never stay here again!!

The worst hotel I ever...

Liked: It Was my worst absolutly experience
Disliked: It Was dirty, full of mold, the bathtub Was broken with Just a tape to cover, carpet dirty and towel. Roaches pool Was dirty unable to used

Disliked: The place is seriously run down. Had to bring my own breakfast after seeing roaches. So don't expect anything special from this place. The area has several other rundown motels around it.

Dangerous drug infested area

Disliked: The hotel is in a very dangerous area. One morning we woke up and the police and search and rescue were swarming all over the parking lot looking for a dead body in the area and then that same afternoon everything was on lock down because there was a deadly shooting next door and the shooter was on the loose. The night we arrived there was a group of about 6 people who were clearly on some strong drugs arguing in the street. We only stayed because we couldn't find another hotel at the last minute. They only put 3 towels in the room for 4 people and would not give you more unless you brought your dirty towels down to the front desk. The pillows were old and worn out and the front desk wouldn't let you get more. The refrigerator in our room was leaking water all over the floor and the lamps didn't all have bulbs. I knew we were getting a budget hotel but I still expected better than this. Also the pool was not working. I will never stay here again. Did not feel safe with our kids at this facility.
