Liked: Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet, shower was nice.
Disliked: The WiFi was worthless. A sign at the desk said "back in 5 minutes" when I arrived at 6:00 pm; I waited until 6:35, when someone finally appeared from elevator to check me in.

Not worth the money
Liked: The location was good. Across from a Tim Hortons and pharmacy with easy access from the main route. We booked it simply due to convenience of the location for a family event and because there was a pool for our kids. The front desk staff were helpful and kind but the condition of the property is not up to our standards.
Disliked: Overall, this property is run down and in need of some major renovations. It was old and dingy. From the minute we arrived, the front entrance was roped off with danger tape? Not sure what was going on with the front steps. There is a smell to the entire place that is not welcoming. The main floor feels like a poorly lit warehouse with an odd set up for a buffet, pool and activities centre all located in one massive room. Our room was dark and again, poorly lit. The curtains were broken and did not close properly allowing for an unwanted early wake up for our kids. The pillows were limp and the beds were noisy and would wake us up with the slightest turn. The WIFI would not connect and was spotty when it did. The towels were small and poorly stocked. The shower curtain was dirty. The bathroom counter consisted only of a sink. No countertop space whatsoever for a family trying to get ready with toiletries, hair dryer, etc. The floors are laminate and would shift under your foot when you walked on them. The room was not up to basic hotel standards for the price we paid. I would not recommend for a family. The pool was another story completely. The hot tub was not attached to the pool deck but rather a stand alone residential hot tub placed beside the pool. It was dirty and we did not use it. The pool was warm which was a nice surprise but was also run down. The pool deck was cracked and chipping paint. The pool towels barely covered my kids and were more the size of a hair towel. A super odd set up for the pool area. Surrounded by make shift walls and sliding patio doors. I wasn?t expecting much staying here but having stayed at a Days Inn before, I was surprised at the state of this hotel.
