Office was unkept and dirty.

Liked: Bring on the 1st floor was nice. Hot tub was nice and warm. Needed more heat. Staff was very nice, listened well and was helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke. If you're gonna offer snacks, don't call it breakfast.The elephants that were in the room upstairs was ridiculous. Maybe you could make a rule quiet after 10pm. Pretty sure someone was selling drugs out of the back of the hotel. Several cars each day driving back there and coming out each day.

Liked: The bathtubs had some wear and tear which completely understandable, and I had to manually take the tops off the pool and hottub if I wanted to be in there.

Liked: The wifi worked great in the room and it was clean
Disliked: The room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals when I arrived, and had to be aired out for an hour before I could shut the door and window.
