Bad experience

Liked: Nothing, my 3 nights came to $311. I was allowed to check in early. The front desk employee was sick and maybe should not have been working. Got to my room, 349, the floors and walls were damaged. I called the front desk and asked for another room but was told I had to wait until the next day. The next day at 1130 I was able to get a new room, 249. That room was not set up with an ice bucket. I went down to the front desk and I seemed to aggravate the employee and was told he didn't have one. Ended up leaving a day early. Asked for a refund but was told I had to go through Booking.com. The website kept telling me to Try Again Later. I understand it was a long shot getting a refund, no luck. Therefore I wish I had stayed elsewhere.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated and damaged. The pool is very small. Limited choices for breakfast. No eggs, meat, or pastries. Only cereal and an old waffle machine. One coffee pot.
