Passable

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was suppose to be included once we checked in we were told no breakfast coffee only..NO COFFEE MACHINES IN THE ROOM. LIKE WHAT???

A real value. The motel...

Liked: Everything was clean & comfortable. Microwave & fridge in the room. Easy Wi-Fi connection. Friendly & helpful people at the desk, & they accommodated my last-minute request for first floor room (after I'd broken a bone). An excellent Lebanese restaurant directly across the street.
Disliked: The breakfast mentioned on the website turned out to be only coffee, oj and packaged, grocery store muffins.
