Disliked: No tissue paper

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: The heating system did not work after an hour of waiting Unknown to us the extra $50 hotel charge Having to change rooms only to have front desk be rude about things and adding the sheets are only changed every three days. Nasty attitude from employee

Disliked: Need higher grab bars in bath/shower with no holes in the wall when they put it in. Water will get in holes and cause mold inside wall.

Disliked: visitor that chewed through a donut box and ate part of a donut. Door had space around it an especially under it.

Liked: They don't allow the locals to rent which made it a better experience for me because that meant it was quiet.
Disliked: No breakfast I think it was due to Covid however they had coffee.

Liked: Smelled like a gross old bar when entering the lobby. Attendant was eating her dinner in the lobby WHILE smoking a cigarette! Yuck

Disliked: The hotel was bug ridden (bed bugs and roaches) and didnt personally witness this but apparently that hotel is well known drug haven for that area! Not something I want to be around I made the reservation online, 2 hours later I tried to cancel
