Liked: As usual, staff at check in and check out were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet as usual. I like the covered seating area for having a quiet coffee in the mornings, and the doggie area was well-kept! I don't even have a dog but if I did I would like to bring my dog there. As usual, I like that this property is a short walk from downtown Bend, and so easy to hop on the 97? to RDM airport.
Disliked: The only downside was the overnight guy. I didn't get his name, but the manager the next morning was receptive to the feedback I gave. Long story short, out of the 3 years I have stayed here, he has been the only rude staff I've ever had. Besides him, the property def meets expectations per usual. It's a nice quiet place a short was from downtown. And we still had the best time.

Liked: Beds were comfortable with nice assortment of pillows...feather, foam, etc pool was decent
Disliked: Room service was nonexistent. Asked for replacement lotion 3 times over 3 days. Never happened. Coffee items not replaced for 3rd night

Disliked: The breakfast was very small, the staff were ok.

Disliked: We arrived tired & late due to a delay in getting our rental car at PDX. There was someone already in our reserved room!There were no other rooms available! It was 1 am.After awhile, the front desk person got us a room at a sister property, but it was almost twice the price--but at a much nicer hotel.The front desk person said there was a room available at a "sister" property (same owner) where we went. We stayed there but paid over $600 for 2 nights. When we contacted the manager at DaysInn, I got the impression that we should not have been charged for the second hotel!! We ended up making a second reservation using Booking.com at that second hotel. The night clerk at DaysInn had NOT called the "sister" property telling them that we were coming.It is now over 2 months and we still haven't received a refund for the night we did NOT stay at Days Inn!! The manager has been totally uncooperative!DO NOT STAY here.

Disliked: It felt very old, the shower/tub had no grab bar or anti-slip mats so my husband slipped and fell. Bruised but will be okay. We are in our 60s, someone older could have been seriously hurt.
