Quality dropping from last year.

Liked: Greeting staff was nice.Shower was good.
Disliked: No staff available at check out.Towels seemed to be worn out.Room was freezing when first arrived.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Bed was dirty. Had hair all over sheets and blankets. Pillows and sheets were damp. Staff was in a terrible mood. Very rude and angry about something. I was going to complain about the disgusting bed but didn't want to deal with staff the way they were acting so I just got some blankets out of our luggage and used those instead. Left as soon as possible.
