Days Inn by Wyndham Battlefield Rd/Hwy 65

The facility was clean and not dated; the room provided all the basic needs of an overnight stay; the desk attendant was both helpful and courteous. Parking was convenient, pricing affordable. I will be staying there again prior to a flight next month. Enough said.

Disliked: No elevator to second level. First floor accommodation should be requested in advance although they were flexible enough to amend our reservations at the time of our stay.

Disliked: AC wasn't cold, bedding was all inside out, stains on bedding. The refrigerator didn't work. The husband of the hotel was rude, wife was so sweet.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owners and the employees were very nice also.

Liked: It was clean. Bed was comfy. It is a family owned hotel. The family was very nice and accommodating with whatever you needed. Their son worked the front desk and is so sweet.
Disliked: Pillows were suspect - may want to bring your own.

Disliked: It stunk, the room was not clean. There were long black hairs on top of the bed and it was just gross. I didn’t even want to be in the room, much less sleep in it! So I checked back out within a few minutes of checking in.

Worst ever Roach Motel

Liked: There were roaches they didn’t address. I went and bought roach spray to address the issues. They charged us a dog fee for 2 nights she was only there 11 hours. She didn’t bark they said they had complaints that she’d been barking for 2 days. The hotel smelled of weed. ( BAD ). They told us they were full when they wasn’t. This in turn cost us a lot of extra money. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. In the family that was there they made a lot of money because we stayed for 7 nights and family members of mine had occupied 14 rooms.
Disliked: The rude responses from employees and the staff were rude. They just didn’t care. And I didn’t appreciate the Roaches either.
